External Recipients means Recipients that (i) are not from Customer, or an Affiliate or subsidiaries of Customer (i.e. external), (ii) are not Contributors and are not able to perform any of the actions of a Contributor, and (iii) who are only given permission by a Contributor to access and view Customer Documents.
