Our recruiters are well trained, skilled, professionals that use their experience to deploy a variety of techniques to source candidates. Each candidate is asked the same questions from a pre-prepared list and interviewers will also ask additional questions regarding prior projects. This ensures comparability between the applicants and eliminates personal bias. Candidates are ranked, and a recommendation is made to the recruitment team by the interviewers. Personal references are checked and are important to the candidate evaluation. Individuals that are recommended for hire are processed to the next step. Final Step – A review of all evaluation, offer, and client requirements is completed by an Executive Aurora Consulting team member. Additional interviews or conversations may be conducted to review feedback. Once these steps are complete, the Aurora Consulting team will select the final candidate(s) for submission and will work with them to get the Self-Certification form filled for submission.
