Examples of Extraordinary hardship in a sentence
Extraordinary hardship will exist when the integrity of a subdivision, or a section of the subdivision, will be severely compromised due to the proximity of unique topographic features including ledge outcrops, sensitive water resources and/or wetlands, adjacent land uses including historical, archeological, open space and conservation sites.
