Examples of Extras & Deposits in a sentence

  • As mentioned in Clause 1.2.2 of this Agreement, the Allottee has agreed to pay the following amount to the Promoter (Extras & Deposits): Advance Maintenance Charges- This amount is payable against 12 months advance maintenance charges for the said Apartment Rs /- Sinking Fund- This amount is payable as funds for future repairs replacement, improvements and developments in the said Project.
