Security Deposits definition

Security Deposits means all Tenant security deposits in the form of cash and letters of credit, if any, held by Seller, as landlord (together with any interest which has accrued thereon, but only to the extent such interest has accrued for the account of the Tenant).
Security Deposits shall have the meaning set forth in Section 5.1.17(e) hereof.
Security Deposits means any advance deposits or any other deposits collected with respect to the Property, whether in the form of cash, letter(s) of credit or other cash equivalents (including, without limitation, such deposits made in connection with any Lease).

More Definitions of Security Deposits

Security Deposits means all security (whether cash, letters of credit or otherwise) given to Owner or any agent or Person acting on behalf of Owner in connection with any Leases.
