Extremely Detrimental Effect definition
Extremely Detrimental Effect means any event, circumstance or fact which, individually or in the aggregate, is or could reasonably be expected to be significantly more adverse on the business, properties, assets, operations, results of operations or condition (financial or otherwise) of the Company and its Subsidiaries, taken as a whole, than any event, circumstance or fact constituting a Company Material Adverse Effect.
