Façade Area definition

Façade Area means the area of the front of the first floor of a business premises, and calculated only on the area parallel to the street. For those areas on sloping sites in which a second storey is at street level, the facade shall be measured from the finished floor to finished ceiling of the first floor of the business premise;
Façade Area means the area of the portion of a building wall occupied by a business or institutional establishment and calculated only on the business frontage, measured from finished floor to finished ceiling and between the walls that separate the business premises from adjacent businesses.
