FAA Registration Application definition

FAA Registration Application means the application to register each of the Aircraft with the FAA.
FAA Registration Application means, with respect to each Aircraft, an application for registration on AC Form 8050-1 in respect of such Aircraft, duly completed and executed by Purchaser.
FAA Registration Application means, with respect to an Aircraft (or, as applicable, an Airframe), an FAA Form AC 8050-1 aircraft registration application document (or any successor form thereto established and accepted by the FAA) required to register the Aircraft for operation within the United States.
