Facilities Schedule definition

Facilities Schedule means the schedule attached hereto as the “Facilities Schedule”, together with any numbered supplement thereto. For the avoidance of doubt, as of the Second Amendment Effective Date, “Facilities Schedule” means the Second Amendment Effective Date Facilities Schedule and any numbered supplement thereto delivered after the Second Amendment Effective Date.

Examples of Facilities Schedule in a sentence

  • DG Owner/Operator shall conduct operations of its Facilities in compliance with all aspects of the Rules, and Cooperative shall conduct operations of its electric distribution facilities in compliance with all aspects of the Rules, or as further described and mutually agreed to in the applicable Facilities Schedule.

Related to Facilities Schedule

  • Monitoring Requirements Schedule means the Schedule containing details of the monitoring arrangements.

  • Facilities Study shall be an engineering study conducted by the Transmission Provider (in coordination with the affected Transmission Owner(s)) to: (1) determine the required modifications to the Transmission Provider’s Transmission System necessary to implement the conclusions of the System Impact Study; and (2) complete any additional studies or analyses documented in the System Impact Study or required by PJM Manuals, and determine the required modifications to the Transmission Provider’s Transmission System based on the conclusions of such additional studies. The Facilities Study shall include the cost and scheduled completion date for such modifications, that will be required to provide the requested transmission service or to accommodate a New Service Request. As used in the Interconnection Service Agreement or Construction Service Agreement, Facilities Study shall mean that certain Facilities Study conducted by Transmission Provider (or at its direction) to determine the design and specification of the Customer Funded Upgrades necessary to accommodate the New Service Customer’s New Service Request in accordance with Tariff, Part VI, section 207.

  • Prices & Rates Schedule means the Schedule containing details of the Contract Price.

  • Schedule of Charges means the schedule as seen in clause Schedule of Charges;

  • Policy Schedule means a schedule attached to these Terms and Benefits, which sets out, among others, the Policy Effective Date, Renewal Date, the name and the relevant particulars of the Policy Holder and the Insured Person, the eligible benefits, premium and other relevant details in respect of these Terms and Benefits.

  • Continuing care contract means, as stated in RCW 70.38.025, a contract providing a person, for the duration of that person's life or for a term in excess of one year, shelter along with nursing, medical, health-related, or personal care services, which is conditioned upon the transfer of property, the payment of an entrance fee to the provider of such ser- vices, or the payment of periodic charges for the care and ser- vices involved. A continuing care contract is not excluded from this definition because the contract is mutually termina- ble or because shelter and services are not provided at the same location.
