Facility A Administrative Agent. FACILITY A LENDERS means, on any date of determination, the financial institutions named on SCHEDULE 2.1 to the Facility A Agreement (as the same may be amended from time to time) and their respective successors and assigns, but not any participant who is not otherwise a party to the Facility A Agreement.

  • The Administrative Agent shall have also received any other documents reasonably requested by and in form and substance satisfactory to the Administrative Agent evidencing that the Administrative Agent (on behalf of the Lenders) holds, on a ratable basis with the Facility A Administrative Agent and the Facility B Administrative Agent, a perfected, first priority Lien in all of the Collateral, subject only to Permitted Liens.

  • Term Administrative Agent means Bank of America, N.A., in its capacity as agent for the “Secured Parties” under (and as defined in) the Term Credit Agreement, and its successors and assigns in such capacity.

  • Revolving Administrative Agent means the administrative agent under the Revolving Credit Agreement.

  • Term Loan Administrative Agent means Bank of America, in its capacity as administrative agent under the Term Loan Credit Agreement, and its successors and assigns in such capacity.

  • Applicable Agent means (a) with respect to a Loan or Borrowing denominated in US Dollars or any Letter of Credit, and with respect to any payment hereunder that does not relate to a particular Loan or Borrowing, the Administrative Agent and (b) with respect to a Loan or Borrowing denominated in any Alternative Currency, the London Agent.
