Facility A Administrative Agent. FACILITY A LENDERS means, on any date of determination, the financial institutions named on SCHEDULE 2.1 to the Facility A Agreement (as the same may be amended from time to time) and their respective successors and assigns, but not any participant who is not otherwise a party to the Facility A Agreement.
