Facility Advances definition

Facility Advances means the KEXIM Facility Advances, the K-Sure Facility Advances and the Commercial Facility Advances and Facility Advance means any of them.Facility Commitments means the KEXIM Facility Commitments, the K-Sure Facility Commitments and the Commercial Facility Commitments and Facility Commitment means any of them.Facility Office means:

Facility Advances means the KEXIM Facility Advances, the K-Sure Facility Advances and the Commercial Facility Advances and Facility Advance means any of them.

Facility Advances means all Advances other than Term Loan B.

Examples of Facility Advances in a sentence

• An Advance Facility Counterparty whose obligations are limited to the making of Facility Advances will not be deemed to be a Subservicer under this Agreement or be required to meet the criteria for qualification as a Subservicer under this Agreement.

• Notwithstanding the existence of any Advance Facility under which an Advance Facility Counterparty agrees to fund Facility Advances on the Servicer's behalf, the Servicer shall remain obligated pursuant to this Agreement to make any Facility Advances as required by this Agreement, and shall not be relieved of such obligations by virtue of such Advance Facility.

• If 2 or more Interest Periods in respect of Term Facility Advances denominated in the same currency under the same Term Facility end at the same time, then on the last day of those Interest Periods, the Term Facility Advances to which those Interest Periods relate shall be consolidated into and treated as a single Term Facility Advance.

• The aggregate original principal of the Base Facility Advances shall not exceed the Base Facility Commitment.

• The aggregate original principal of the Fixed Facility Advances shall not exceed the Fixed Facility Commitment.

• The Borrowers under each Additional Facility shall repay (or procure the repayment of) the aggregate outstanding principal amount of the Additional Facility Advances under that Additional Facility on the Final Maturity Date applicable to such Additional Facility.

• The Initial Liquidity Facility Provider shall not be obligated to make Facility Advances after the Termination Date.

• The proceeds of Non-Extension Advances and Downgrade Advances to the extent of the Available Amount will be held in the Liquidity Facility Reserve Account as cash collateral to be used for the same purposes and under the same circumstances, and subject to the same conditions, as cash payments of Facility Advances under the Initial Liquidity Facility would be used.

• The time of payment of the DIP Facility Advances shall not be altered, extended, or impaired by any plan or plans of reorganization that may hereafter be accepted or confirmed or any further orders of this Court which hereafter may be entered.

• Base Facility Advances are not prepayable at any time, provided that, notwithstanding the foregoing, Borrower may prepay any Base Facility Advance during the last one hundred eighty (180) days of the term of such Base Facility Advance and provided that Base Facility Advances may be defeased pursuant to the terms and conditions of this Section.
