Facility C definition

Facility C means the term loan facility made available or (as the case may be) to be made available under this Agreement as described in paragraph (c) of Clause 2.1 (The Facilities).

Facility C means the revolving loan facility made available under this Agreement as described in paragraph (c) of Clause 2.1 (The Facilities), part of which may be designated as Ancillary Facilities in accordance with Clause 7 (Ancillary Facilities).

Facility C is defined in Section 3.02.

Examples of Facility C in a sentence

• Each Borrower which has drawn a Facility C Loan shall repay that Loan on the last day of its Interest Period.

• Any Loan made or to be made pursuant to an Incremental Term Facility Commitment shall (A) constitute a Loan made pursuant to this Agreement, (B) be deemed advanced under the Term Facility, (C) bear interest and be repaid in accordance with this Agreement applicable to advances made under the Term Facility, without preference or priority, (D) be secured by the Collateral on a pari passu basis, and (E) be subject to all other terms and provisions of this Agreement applicable to Loans and advances thereof.

• Any cancellation in part shall be applied against the relevant Facility A Commitment, Facility B Commitment or, as the case may be, Facility C Commitment of each Lender pro rata.

Facility C means the $3,000,000,000 60 Month revolving loan facility made available under this Agreement as described in paragraph (b) of Clause 2.1 (The Facilities).
