Facility C Final Repayment Date definition
Facility C Final Repayment Date means the date which falls five years after the date of this Agreement. "Facility C Loan" means a loan made by the Banks under Facility C or the principal amount outstanding of that loan. "Facility Office" means the office notified by a Bank to the Agent:-
