Facility Extension Notice definition

Facility Extension Notice means the notice in the form of Schedule 13 (Facility Extension Notice) as defined in Clause 7.3 (Extension of Facility).

Facility Extension Notice has the meaning specified in Section 3.3(a). “Facility Extension Option” has the meaning specified in Section 3.3.
