Facility inventory definition

Facility inventory means an actual accounting of on-hand hazardous substance quantities, performed on a minimum of an annual basis.
Facility inventory shall have the meaning set forth in Section 1.05(b).

The value of the inventory will be valued at the lower of cost or market on a first-in, first-out basis as determined in accordance with GAAP applied on a consistent basis.

  • Inventory Appraisal means (a) on the Closing Date, the appraisal prepared by Great American Group dated June 2007 and (b) thereafter, the most recent inventory appraisal conducted by an independent appraisal firm pursuant to Section 9.2(b).

Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in the Operative Agreements, the Equipment Cost for any Replacement Unit shall be deemed to be the Equipment Cost or deemed Equipment Cost of the Unit replaced by such Replacement Unit.

  • Excluded Inventory shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.1(c).

  • Customer Equipment means hardware, software, systems, cabling and facilities provided by you and used in conjunction with the Equipment that we supply to you in order to receive the Services;

  • Heavy equipment means such construction machinery as backhoes, treaded tractors, dump trucks, and front-end loaders.

  • Inventory control system means a system described in Section 4-41a-103.

  • Electrical equipment means underground equipment that contains dielectric fluid that is necessary for the operation of equipment such as transformers and buried electrical cable.

  • Accessory equipment means any equipment associated with the installation of a wireless telecommunications facility, including but not limited to cabling, generators, fans, air conditioning units, electrical panels, equipment shelters, equipment cabinets, equipment buildings, pedestals, meters, vaults, splice boxes, and surface location markers.

  • Third Party Equipment has the meaning given such term in Section 4.8 of this Agreement.
