FACILITY LCs definition
FACILITY LCs shall have the meaning set forth in the Existing Credit Agreement.
FACILITY LCs is amended by adding the term “direct pay” immediately following the word “standby” in the first sentence of this section so that direct pay letters of credit shall be included within the defined term “Facility LC”.
