Depending upon the design of the Facility and the placement of the meters, it may be necessary to include in Exhibit C provisions for determining the amount of Net Output delivered at the Storage Facility Metering Point.

The Parties acknowledge and agree that the Transmission Provider will be responsible for the installation, ownership, operation, testing, inspection, calibration and maintenance of all metering equipment to be located at the Point of Delivery, Generating Facility Metering Point and Storage Facility Metering Point in accordance with the Generation Interconnection Agreement.
