Facility Security Clearance Certificate definition

Facility Security Clearance Certificate means the determination by the National Security Authority that a legal entity, possessing the legal capacity, has the physical and organizational capability to handle and store Classified Information in accordance with the national laws and regulations;
Facility Security Clearance Certificate means a document issued by the Competent Security Authority, which ascertains the physical and organizational capabilities of a legal entity to use and store classified information in accordance with the relevant legislation of its state;
