Subject to the Applicable Laws and the Facility Security Plan, the Operator shall allow reasonable access to the Customer and the Customer’s Visitors, upon reasonable request, to attend the Terminal for the purpose of carrying out the business and agency requirements of the Customer relating to the Terminal Services supplied by the Operator to the Customer.
