Facility Specifications definition

Facility Specifications means the technical specifications of the Facility as specified in Schedule-C of the Concession Agreement.
Facility Specifications means JDSU’s requirements relating to the design and set-up of the Facility and the required equipment and standards to be used at the Facility, as may be described in the applicable Product Schedule as amended by JDSU from time to time on reasonable notice to Supplier.
Facility Specifications means, for each Facility, the information to be provided by Seller in accordance with and substantially in the form of Appendix B and delivered to Buyer in accordance with Section 3.1.

  • Supplier shall participate in and comply with JDSU’s qualification process, if any, to ensure Supplier and Products can meet the Facility Specifications, Manufacturing Procedures and the Product Specifications.
