Facsimile machine means a machine that can send and receive a facsimile transmission.
Facsimile transmission means the transmission of a source document by a facsimile machine that encodes a document into optical or electrical signals, transmits and reconstructs the signals to print a duplicate of the source document at the receiving end.
Facsimile signature means a signature engraved, lithographed, printed, stamped, or otherwise mechanically reproduced or computer-generated.
Facsimile means an exact copy or likeness which is electronically transmitted for instant reproduction.
Facsimile (FAX) prescription means a written prescription or order that is transmitted by an electronic device over telephone lines that sends the exact image to the receiving pharmacy in hard copy form.

Portable Device means any computing device with a small form factor, designed to be transported from place to place. Portable devices are primarily battery powered devices with base computing resources in the form of a processor, memory, storage, and network access. Examples include, but are not limited to, mobile phones, tablets, and laptops. Mobile Device is a subset of Portable Device.

Electronic delivery device means any product containing or delivering nicotine, lobelia, or any other substance, whether natural or synthetic, intended for human consumption that can be used by a person to simulate smoking in the delivery of nicotine or any other substance through inhalation of aerosol or vapor from the product. Electronic Version/Copy means a digital form consisting of text, images or both readable on computers or other electronic devices that includes all content that the Original and Hard Copy proposals contain. The digital form may be submitted using a compact disc (cd) or USB flash drive. The electronic version/copy can NOT be emailed.
Counterparts This Contract may be executed in any number of counterparts, each of which when so executed shall be deemed to be an original but all of which together shall constitute one and the same agreement. This Contract may be executed by facsimile or other electronic communication and this procedure shall be as effective as signing and delivering an original copy.
