Fact-Finding Investigation definition

Fact-Finding Investigation means any investigation into a possible violation of Employee Benefit Law with respect to a Sponsored Plan by the U.S. Department of Labor, the U.S. Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation, or any similar governmental authority outside the United States.
