Faculty Instructor. This is a faculty member teaching in the DrPH HPAL concentration. Often, students choose their academic advisor, but this is not a requirement.   • VAC students: Complete and ensure that the Learning Agreement portion of the Three Semester Learning Agreement and Comprehensive Skills Evaluation form is submitted to the Field Faculty Instructor/ Field Liaison.

  • At semester end, the Field Faculty Instructor is responsible for assigning students a grade of Credit, In Progress, or No Credit.

  • This is a separate agreement between each individual student participant (with Faculty Instructor acknowledgement) and the Sponsor.

  • A specified time frame for completion of the field practicum will be designated by the Faculty Instructor and/or Faculty Field Liaison.Students who receive an “IN” need not re-register for the course.

Interpreting physicians, radiologic technologists, or medical physicists who meet the requirements of 41.6(3) would be considered qualified instructors in their respective areas of mammography. Radiological technologists who meet the requirements of 41.6(3) and have passed a state-approved mammography examination such as the examination given by the American Registry of Radiography Technologists would be considered qualified instructors in their respective areas of mammography. The examination would include, but not necessarily be limited to: breast anatomy and physiology, positioning and compression, quality assurance/quality control techniques, and imaging of patients with breast implants. Other examples of individuals who may be qualified instructors for the purpose of providing training to meet the regulations of this chapter include, but are not limited to, instructors in a post-high school training institution and manufacturers’ representatives.

  • Accredited college or university means a college or university accredited by a national or regional association recognized by the secretary of the United States department of education or a foreign college or university of comparable standing.

  • Marriage and family therapist means a marriage and family therapist licensed by the board to practice marriage and family therapy as defined in division (G) of section 4757.01 of the Revised Code.

  • Training Agreement means an agreement registered under the provisions of the Industrial and Commercial Training Act 1985.

  • Medical use of marijuana means the acquisition, use, and possession of usable marijuana to treat or alleviate a qualifying patient's debilitating medical condition.

  • Practice of marriage and family therapy means the professional application of family systems theories, principles and techniques to treat interpersonal relationship issues and nervous, mental and emotional disorders that are cognitive, affective or behavioral.
