Failure to Pay Notice has the meaning given to it in Clause 13.2.

  • Repudiation/Moratorium Extension Notice means a notice from the Calculation Agent to the Issuer (which the Calculation Agent has the right but not the obligation to deliver) that describes a Potential Repudiation/Moratorium that occurred on or prior to the Scheduled Maturity Date.
