False propinquity. : it means that it is unrealistic to expect that two or more states will cooperate in case of emergency due to their geographical location. An excessive effort to suddenly coordinate their policies and be friendly with each other despite their differences (in culture or religion) will fake their relations and put at risk a potential long-term reconciliation in the future.
