Family Accommodation. Any premises used or intended for use as a 23 dwelling unit within the curtilage of a dwelling house where the 24 dwelling unit is used or intended for use for occupation by a member 25 or members of the immediate family of, and/or by personal staff 26 necessary for the health or well being of, a member or members of the 27 household; 28 “fuel depot”—Any premises used or intended for use as a depot for the 29 storage or sale of liquid or gaseous fuel, where such premises are 30 required to be licensed in accordance with the Flammable and 31 Combustible Liquids Regulations 1976.
