Family certificate definition
Family certificate means any certificate by which payment of certificate moneys is covered on death (otherwise than by way of takaful against personal accident, disease or sickness only) or on the happening of any contingency dependent on the termination or continuance of human life, and includes a certificate which is subject to payment of contributions for a term dependent on the termination or continuance of human life and a certificate securing the grant of an annuity for such a term.
