Family investment program definition

Family investment program means the family investment program under this chapter.
Family investment program or “FIP” means the cash grant program provided by 441—Chapters 40 and 41, designed to sustain Iowa families.
Family investment program means the family investment program eligibility requirements under chapter 239B, except to the extent federal law requires application of the eligibility requirements under chapter 239, Code 1997, as in effect on July 16, 1996.
