FAN Web Authentication definition
FAN Web Authentication means the Shareholder authentication process, utilized by Web Services if Customer has not chosen Single Signon as one of the FAN Options, whereby Shareholder authentication information is collected and transmitted, and Shareholder personal identification number (PIN) information is created, changed and reset via an Internet link between the DST Web Site and the Shareholder’s web browser.
FAN Web Authentication means the User authentication process, utilized by TRAC Participant Internet Services if Pioneer has not chosen Single Signon as one of the options from the TRAC Participant Internet Advanced Package Guide, whereby User authentication information is collected and transmitted, and User personal identification number (PIN) information is created, changed and reset via an Internet link between the DST Web Site and the User's web browser.
FAN Web Authentication means the Shareholder authentication process, utilized by Web Services if Client has not chosen Single Signon as one of the FAN Options, whereby Shareholder authentication information is collected and transmitted, and Shareholder personal identification number (PIN) information is created, changed and reset via an Internet link between the DST Web Site and the Shareholder’s web browser. • “Shareholder” shall mean the record owner or authorized agent of the owner of shares of a Fund. • "Transactions" shall mean new account establishment, account inquiries, purchases, redemptions through Automated Clearing House, fed wire, or check to the address of record for the Financial Product Account, exchanges, maintenance and other transactions offered from time to time through Web Services and elected by Client in writing.
