Fare Evasion Rate definition

Fare Evasion Rate has the meaning given to it in Schedule 10 (Revenue Protection).
Fare Evasion Rate has the meaning given to it in the Ticketless Travel Survey Methodology and is calculated in accordance with that methodology; Fare Evasion Target Level means, as a consequence of passengers travelling without a valid ticket, a Fare Evasion Rate of five per cent. measured by any Ticketless Travel Survey; Fare Year means the period from 1 January in any year to 31 December in the same year;
Fare Evasion Rate has the meaning given to it in section 6.9 of Schedule 6 (Revenue Protection). “Fare Loss” has the meaning given to it in section 6.8 of Schedule 6 (Revenue Protection). “Force Majeure” means any of the following events and circumstances:

Related to Fare Evasion Rate

  • Emission Rate for a given pollutant means the number of pounds of that pollutant emitted per million British thermal units of heat input (lb/mmBTU), measured in accordance with this Consent Decree.

  • Inflation rate means that term as defined in section 34d.

  • Calculation Rate For each Distribution Date, in the case of the Class A and Class B Interests, the product of (i) 10 and (ii) the weighted average rate of the outstanding Class A and Class B Interests, treating each Class A Interest as capped at zero or reduced by a fixed percentage of 100% of the interest accruing on such Class.

  • Termination Rate means a rate per annum equal to the arithmetic mean of the cost (without proof or evidence of any actual cost) to each party (as certified by such party) if it were to fund or of funding such amounts.

  • Conversion Rate shall have the meaning specified in Section 14.01(a).
