FATCA Information definition

FATCA Information means, with respect to any Certificateholder or Holder, any form or other certification, or such other information reasonably sufficient to eliminate the imposition of, or determine the amount of, FATCA Withholding Tax.

FATCA Information has the meaning stated in Section 3.3(e).

• Each Noteholder or holder of an interest in a Note, by acceptance of such Note or such interest therein, agrees to provide to the Indenture Trustee, any Note Paying Agent or the Issuer, upon its request, the Noteholder Tax Identification Information and, to the extent FATCA Withholding Tax is applicable, the Noteholder FATCA Information.

• To the extent the Trust has the Noteholders’ information, the Trust will provide the FATCA Information to the Indenture Trustee, the Note Registrar and the Note Paying Agent upon request.

• Each holder of a Note or an interest therein, by acceptance of such Note or such interest in such Note, will be deemed to have agreed to provide the Trust, the Indenture Trustee, the Note Registrar and the Note Paying Agent with the Noteholder Tax Identification Information and, to the extent FATCA Withholding Tax is applicable, the FATCA Information.

More Definitions of FATCA Information

FATCA Information means any authorisations, waivers, forms, documentation and other information, relating to an entity’s status or other information in respect of such entity required to be reported under FATCA.

FATCA Information. With respect to the Certificateholder, information sufficient to eliminate the imposition of, or determine the amount of, FATCA withholding tax. FATCA Withholding Tax: Any withholding or deduction pursuant to an agreement described in Section 1471(b) of the Code or otherwise imposed pursuant to FATCA. FATCA Information means, with respect to the Ownership Certificateholder, information sufficient to eliminate the imposition of, or determine the amount of, FATCA Withholding Tax.

FATCA Information has the meaning given to it in Clause 13.2(i);

FATCA Information has the meaning given to it in Clause 14.2(i); FATCA Withholding means any withholding or deduction required pursuant to an agreement described in Section 1471(b) of the Code or otherwise imposed pursuant to FATCA;

FATCA Information shall have the meaning given to that term in Section 4.1(j) (Taxation) of the Indenture.

FATCA Information shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.18(b)(iv).
