FATCA Information definition

FATCA Information means, with respect to any Certificateholder or Holder, any form or other certification, or such other information reasonably sufficient to eliminate the imposition of, or determine the amount of, FATCA Withholding Tax.

FATCA Information has the meaning stated in Section 3.3(e).

FATCA Information means any information sufficient to eliminate the imposition of, or determine the amount of, FATCA Withholding Tax.

• Each Noteholder or Note Owner, by its acceptance of this Note or, in the case of a Note Owner, a beneficial interest in this Note, agrees to provide to the Indenture Trustee, any Paying Agent or the Issuer, upon its request, the Noteholder Tax Identification Information and, to the extent FATCA Withholding Tax is applicable, the Noteholder FATCA Information.

More Definitions of FATCA Information

FATCA Information means, with respect to any Certificateholder or holder of an interest in a Certificate, information sufficient to eliminate the imposition of, or determine the amount of, FATCA Withholding Tax.

FATCA Information means any authorisations, waivers, forms, documentation and other information, relating to an entity’s status or other information in respect of such entity required to be reported under FATCA.
