Fault Resolution Time definition

Fault Resolution Time as set out in paragraph 5, the agreed time period within which the Supplier will provide a Fault Resolution;
Fault Resolution Time means the time taken by the Supplier / Authorized Local Agent to resolve the fault. This is calculated from the time that, customer faxes, emails the duly completed service request form to ALA.

Examples of Fault Resolution Time in a sentence

  • The measurement of the Fault Resolution Time will run from the point at which the corresponding call or email is received by the Supplier and will end when S4C has in its reasonable opinion received a satisfactory Fault Resolution to the Fault in question.
