"Unsuitable Unit" means a Unit: (a) that is defective, damaged, or lacking required label(s); (b) the labels for which were not properly registered with Amazon before shipment or do not match the product that was registered; (c) that is an FBA Excluded Product or does not comply with the Business Solutions Agreement (including these Service Terms and the applicable Programme Policies); or (d) that Amazon determines is otherwise unsuitable. The following Amazon Software Terms and License apply to your access and use of Amazon Business and all features and software (including any updates or upgrades to the software) and any related documentation we make available to you in connection with Amazon Business (the “Amazon Software”).
