FCI Issuing Lender Exposure definition

FCI Issuing Lender Exposure with respect to any FCI Issuing Lender at any time, the sum of (a) the Dollar Equivalent of the aggregate outstanding amount of such FCI Issuing Lender’s obligations in respect of all FCIs issued by it at or before such time plus (b) the Dollar Equivalent of the aggregate principal amount of all FCI Disbursements made by such FCI Issuing Lender that have not yet been reimbursed by or on behalf of the relevant Borrower at such time.

  • The Administrative Agent, acting solely for this purpose as a non-fiduciary agent of the Parent Borrower, shall maintain at the Administrative Agent’s Office a copy of each Assignment and Assumption delivered to it and a register for the recordation of the names and addresses of the Lenders, and the Commitments of, and principal amounts of the Loans, FCI Issuing Lender Exposure, and LC Exposure owing to, each Lender pursuant to the terms hereof from time to time (the “Register”).
