FDS Shopper Data definition

FDS Shopper Data means all personally identifiable information regarding an FDS Shopper that is obtained by (or on behalf of) FDS or any of its Affiliates at any time (including prior to the date hereof), including personally identifiable information obtained in connection with such FDS Shopper making a purchase of FDS Goods and Services.
FDS Shopper Data has the meaning set forth in the Program Agreement.

Examples of FDS Shopper Data in a sentence

  • Bank acknowledges and agrees that it has no proprietary interest in the FDS Shopper Data.

  • The cost and expenses of any such notice shall be borne solely by the Party that experienced the unauthorized use, modification, destruction or disclosure of, or access to, Cardholder Data or FDS Shopper Data and such costs and expenses shall not be Program Expenses.

  • The Parties acknowledge that the same or similar information may be contained in the Cardholder Data, the FDS Shopper Data, and other data and that each such pool of data shall therefore be considered separate information subject to the specific provisions applicable to that data hereunder.

  • Others, however, find that a Theory of Change fits much better than a logframe with their way of working and that they no longer need the logframe at all.

  • Each Party shall use the same degree of care in protecting the Cardholder Data and the FDS Shopper Data against unauthorized disclosure as it accords to its own confidential customer information, but in no event less than a reasonable standard of care.

  • As between the FDS Companies and Bank, all the FDS Shopper Data shall be owned exclusively by the FDS Companies.

  • FDS acknowledges that Bank gathers information independent of the Program and that Bank and its Affiliates shall not be subject to any limitations in respect of their right to use and disclose such information notwithstanding that such information may be the same as any information included in the Cardholder Data or the FDS Shopper Data.

  • Promptly following such termination, Bank shall return or destroy all the FDS Shopper Data and FDS Prospect Lists and shall certify such return or destruction to the FDS Companies upon request.

  • In the event Bank becomes aware of any unauthorized use, modification, destruction or disclosure of, or access to, FDS Shopper Data, Bank shall immediately notify the FDS Companies and shall cooperate with them, as they deem necessary or as required by Applicable Law, (x) to assess the nature and scope of such incident, (y) to contain and control such incident to prevent further unauthorized access to or use of FDS Shopper Data, and (z) to provide prompt notice to affected FDS Shoppers.

  • The provisions of this Article XIII governing Confidential Information shall not govern Cardholder Data, FDS Shopper Data or FDS Prospect List, which shall be governed by the provisions of Article VI.

  • User Data means any Personal Data or other data or information collected by or on behalf of the Company or any of its Subsidiaries from users of any Company Product or website of the Company or any of its Subsidiaries.

  • Cardholder Data has the meaning defined by the PCI Security Standards Council, Payment Card Industry (PCI) Data Security Standard (DSS) and Payment Application Data Security Standard (PA-DSS), Glossary of Terms, Abbreviations, and Acronyms, Version 3.0, January 2014, currently available online at: xxxxx://xxx.xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx/documents/PCI_DSS_Glossary_v3.pdf.

  • End User Data means any information or data of any kind that personally identifies (or that can be used, together with other information or data, to personally identify) an End User.

  • Customer Data means any content, materials, data and information that Authorized Users enter into the production system of a Cloud Service or that Customer derives from its use of and stores in the Cloud Service (e.g. Customer-specific reports). Customer Data and its derivatives will not include SAP’s Confidential Information.

  • Computer database or “database” means a collection of recorded information in a form capable of, and for the purpose of, being stored in, processed, and operated on by a computer. The term does not include computer software.

  • Company Data means all data collected, generated, or received in connection with the marketing, delivery, or use of any Company Product, including Company-Licensed Data, Company-Owned Data and Personal Data.

  • Portfolio Data means the Key Terms in relation to all outstanding Trades between you and us in a form and standard that is capable of being reconciled. The information comprising the Portfolio Data for Portfolio Data Delivery Date will be prepared as at the close of business New York time on the immediately preceding Business Day.

  • Customer Usage Data means the Telecommunications Services usage data of a CLEC End User measured in minutes, sub-minute increments, message units, or otherwise, that is recorded by SBC-13STATE and forwarded to CLEC.

  • location data means any data processed in an electronic communications network, indicating the geographic position of the terminal equipment of a user of a publicly available electronic communications service;

  • GLO Data means any data or information owned by the GLO, including PII or SPI as defined below, that Provider creates, obtains, accesses (via records, systems, or otherwise), receives (from the GLO or on behalf of the GLO), or uses in the performance of the Contract or any documents related thereto.

  • Offer Data means the scheduling, operations planning, dispatch, new resource, and other data and information necessary to schedule and dispatch generation resources and Demand Resource(s) for the provision of energy and other services and the maintenance of the reliability and security of the Transmission System in the PJM Region, and specified for submission to the PJM Interchange Energy Market for such purposes by the Office of the Interconnection.

  • Produced Material means records, software and other material, whether complete or not, that, as a result of this Agreement, are produced or provided by the Contractor or a Subcontractor and includes the Incorporated Material;

  • Electronic Subcontracting Reporting System (eSRS) means the Governmentwide, electronic, web-based system for small business subcontracting program reporting. The eSRS is located at http://www.esrs.gov.

  • Recycled material means any material that would otherwise be a useless, unwanted or discarded material except for the fact that the material still has useful physical or chemical properties after serving a specific purpose and can, therefore, be reused or recycled.

  • Line Information Data Base (LIDB means a transaction-oriented database system that functions as a centralized repository for data storage and retrieval. LIDB is accessible through CCS networks. LIDB contains records associated with End User line numbers and special billing numbers.

  • SAP Group Software means (i) any and all software products listed on the Price List as well as any SAP SDK which are provided by SAP or any other member of the SAP Group to Partner or to an End User (either directly or indirectly via Partner) under any part of this Agreement all as developed by or for the SAP Group; (ii) any new releases, updates or versions thereof made available through unrestricted shipment pursuant to Maintenance Services or warranty obligation by any member of the SAP Group; and (iii) any complete or partial copies of any of the foregoing.

  • Post-consumer recovered material means any product used by a consumer, including a business that purchases the material, that has served its intended end use, and that has been separated or diverted from the solid waste stream for the purpose of use, reuse, or recycling.
