  • The Parties expressly acknowledge that the limitations contained in this Section 7 and Section 6, Section 8 and Section 9 represent the express agreement of the Parties with respect to the allocation of risks between the Parties, including the level of risk to be associated with the provision of the FDT Services as related to the FDT Service Charges, and each Party fully understands and irrevocably accepts such limitations.
