Feature Film(s) definition

Feature Film(s) means those feature-length films which CDD makes available for license hereunder. Feature Films made available by CDD and licensed by Amazon shall be Included Programs for all purposes of this Agreement.
Feature Film(s) means those feature-length films which Licensor makes available for license hereunder, including any Library Feature. Feature Films made available by Licensor and licensed by Licensee shall be Included Programs for all purposes of this Agreement.
Feature Film(s) means those feature-length films, with a rating in the Netherlands of 16 or less, or in the absence of a rating in The Netherlands, an MPAA rating (or potential rating) of R or less, which Licensor makes available for license hereunder, including any Current DTV, Current TVM, Second Pay Features, Recent Features, and Library Features. Feature Films made available by Licensor and licensed by Licensee shall be Included Programs for all purposes of this Agreement.

Examples of Feature Film(s) in a sentence

  • Licensee will discuss with Licensor in good faith the implementation of Watermark Technology (defined below) to prevent unauthorized playback of watermarked High Definition Feature Films on HD-capable Approved Devices.

  • Studio shall have the right, but not the obligation, during the Term to make Feature Films available (whether in High Definition, Standard Definition or both) to Comcast, and Comcast shall have the right, but not the obligation, to select (whether in High Definition, Standard Definition or both, all subject to what Studio has made available in its sole discretion) any such Feature Films for license on a DHE basis hereunder.

  • With respect to the playback of High Definition Feature Films, the Content Protection System shall employ Licensor-approved tamper-resistant technology on hardware and software components (e.g., technology to prevent such hacks as a clock rollback, spoofing, use of common debugging tools, and intercepting unencrypted content in memory buffers).

  • Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in this Agreement, CDD shall have the right to Withdraw Included Programs that are Feature Films (in the circumstances described in subclauses (a) and (b) above) even after the Term, in which event such withdrawal shall apply to post-withdrawal Digital Locker Functionality (and thus Streaming Functionality) servicing and utilization (i.e., complete Withdrawal).

  • During the first two (2) seasons of a Television Series, the scale minimum wages shall be ten percent (10%) less than the rates in the current wage schedule for Feature Films in Appendices “A,” “B” and “C” of the Master Agreement.

  • With respect to the playback of High Definition Feature Films, the Content Protection System shall employ CDD-approved tamper-resistant technology on hardware and software components (e.g., technology to prevent such hacks as a clock rollback, spoofing, use of common debugging tools, and intercepting unencrypted content in memory buffers).

  • Amazon will discuss with CDD in good faith a sunset date for the output of High Definition Feature Films over analog outputs on Approved Devices.

  • CDD acknowledges that its right to Withdraw Included Programs that are Feature Films from the Service under this section is intended solely with respect to the affected Included Programs and is not intended as a means for more broadly terminating Amazon’s rights to use the same under this Agreement (except to the extent the circumstances giving rise to CDD’s Withdrawal rights apply more broadly).

  • With respect to Feature Films made available for DHE distribution in Canada, the “DHE Distributor Price” for each DHE Included Program that is a Feature Film shall be determined by Licensor in its sole discretion.

  • Amazon shall have the right, but not the obligation, to select (whether in High Definition, Standard Definition or both, all subject to what CDD has made available in its sole discretion) such Feature Films for license hereunder.

Feature Film(s) means sound motion picture photoplays, four or more reels in length, other than motion picture photoplays of strictly educational, religious or commercial character, and not including serial motion pictures;
Feature Film(s) means feature-length films for which Licensor unilaterally controls without restriction all Necessary Rights.

Related to Feature Film(s)

  • Fixture filing means the filing of a financing statement covering goods that are or are to become fixtures and satisfying section 9502(1) and (2). The term includes the filing of a financing statement covering goods of a transmitting utility which are or are to become fixtures.
