Examples of Fed System in a sentence

  • The Federal Reserve Banks shall maintain a book- entry recordkeeping system for all transactions in Certificates on the Fed System.

  • In the case of a Class issued on the Fed System or DTC System, the Administrator may, upon request of the Holders of the entire outstanding principal amount (or notional principal amount) of such Class, convert such Class to certificated form.

Related to Fed System

  • Designated System means an electric generation unit that produces electric energy using a Renewable Energy Source that is selected by the IPA through the ABP and approved by the ICC for inclusion in this Agreement as of the Trade Date of a Product Order. All Designated Systems under this Agreement shall either be a Distributed Renewable Energy Generation Device or a Community Renewable Energy Generation Project.
