Federal Aviation Code definition

Federal Aviation Code means the sections of Title 49 of the United States Code relating to aviation, as amended from time to time, or any similar legislation of the United States enacted in substitution or replacement therefor.

  • The FAA ▇▇▇▇ of Sale, the Security Agreement and Security Agreement Supplement No. 1 covering the Aircraft shall have been duly filed for recordation (or shall be in the process of being so duly filed for recordation) with the FAA pursuant to the Federal Aviation Code.
