Federal Building definition

Federal Building means a non-residential building under the administration and control of either Public Works Canada or DIAND including the parcel of land upon which the building is situated.

Federal Building means a building (including a complete replacement of an existing building from the foundation up) to be constructed by, or for the use of, any Federal agency, including a building leased by a Federal agency and privatized military housing. (See 42 U.S.C.
