Federal Litigation definition

Federal Litigation means the action captioned In re Tezos Securities Litigation, Case No. 3:17-cv-06779-RS.
Federal Litigation means the action pending in the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York entitled Salomon Brothers Municipal Partners Fund Inc. v. ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇. ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, et al., Case ▇▇. ▇▇ ▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇ (JES).
