federally-funded as used in this agreement means funding provided for research or institutional support through a grant or contract from an agency of the United States federal government. Such agencies include, but are not limited to, the National Institutes of Health and the National Science Foundation. The termfederal agency” as used in this agreement means an agency of the United States federal government.
