(and its successors) in its capacity as the Bankruptcy Court appointed fee auditor for Professional Compensation in the Chapter 11 Cases, or any other Entity appointed by the Bankruptcy Court as fee auditor for Professional Compensation in the Chapter 11 Cases in lieu of, or in addition to, Warren H. Smith & Assoc. and its successors.
