Fee Auditor definition

Fee Auditor means Warren H. Smith & Assoc. (and its successors) in its capacity as the Bankruptcy Court appointed fee auditor for Professional Compensation in the Chapter 11 Cases, or any other Entity appointed by the Bankruptcy Court as fee auditor for Professional Compensation in the Chapter 11 Cases in lieu of, or in addition to, Warren H. Smith & Assoc. and its successors.
Fee Auditor means the fee auditor appointed in these Cases, Stuart, Maue, Mitchell & James, Ltd, and its counsel, Stone, Leyton & Gershman.
Fee Auditor means Warren H. Smith & Associates, P.C.

  • The Fee Auditor shall prepare and submit to FNF a written report of the results of the Fee Audit (a “Fee Audit Report”).

Fee Auditor means Warren H. Smith & Associates, P.C., appointed by the Bankruptcy Court to act as a special consultant to the Court for professional fee and expense review and analysis.
