Fee Collateral Amount definition
Fee Collateral Amount means, on any day on and after the Termination Date, the sum of the Used Fees, the Letter of Credit Fronting Bank Fees and other fees to accrue on the Letters of Credit that are outstanding and undrawn on such day through their stated expiration dates (as such stated expiration dates may be extended in accordance with the proviso in the definition of LC Obligations herein).
