Fee Examiner Order definition

Examples of Fee Examiner Order in a sentence

  • Once the Fee Examiner completes his review of all Fee Review Professional Fees and submits or Files all reports related thereto as required by the Fee Review Order, the Fee Examiner shall be dismissed of all duties and obligations under the Fee Examiner Order and the Fee Review Order, other than any obligations of confidentiality thereunder.

  • Notwithstanding anything to the contrary herein, the Fee Examiner Order shall remain in effect pursuant to its own terms.

  • Operational Flow Order means any directive issued to a Customer by KUB which requires the Customer to adjust Deliveries to KUB or deliveries of non-Firm gas to the Customer by KUB.

  • Standing Order means, with respect to a Designated System, an agreement registered with PJM EIS GATS or M-RETS for the automatic transfer of RECs issued for the Designated System to Buyer’s Account on a recurring basis commencing no earlier than the Trade Date and expiring no earlier than the last day of the Delivery Term of such Designated System.” The following is added as Section 1.62.2:
