Fee for Services definition

Fee for Services means a payment or series of payments to a student not exceeding an aggregate of $2,000.00 in any fiscal year, as payment for services rendered in accordance with a Bylaw or a written agreement executed pursuant to a Bylaw;
Fee for Services means the “Per PTE Price” as set out in Schedule “C” attached hereto and payable by Divert NS to the Contractor in accordance with Article 4 hereof;

  • In the event funding no longer exists or is insufficient to pay the Fee for Services obtained hereunder, SCS shall have the right to terminate this Contract without further obligation.

Fee for Services means the amount payable by the Client to the Consultant for the Services performed under this Agreement and unless otherwise specified, is GST inclusive and does not include any Additional Work contemplated by Clause 4 of this Agreement; “Social Media Follower” means a person or entity who follows, has in the past followed or has indicated a future intention to follow the Client on social media; “Term” means the period(s) of this Agreement and any extension of time of the Term approved under clause or as otherwise agreed in writing by the Parties;

  • Fee-for-service or “FFS” means a method of payment by the AHCCCS Administration to a registered provider on an amount-per-service basis for a member not enrolled with a contractor.

  • Request for Services or “RFS” means the document used by the City’s Project Manager to obtain services under this Agreement. The RFS must include a description of required services and schedule. It is to be emailed/faxed to the Consultant who in turn will provide a detailed costing for the service. Such work includes, but is not necessarily limited to: DC power (fuses available, Battery Distribution Fuse Board (BDFB) is powered, and cables between CLEC and power are terminated), cage enclosures, primary AC outlet, cable racking, and circuit terminations (e.g., fiber jumpers are placed between the outside plant fiber distribution panel and the Central Office fiber distribution panel serving CLEC) and APOT/CFA are complete, telephone service, and other services and facilities ordered by CLEC for Provisioning by the RFS date.

Without excluding any other method of service authorized by law, the Contractor agrees that every Agent for Service of Process is designated as its non-exclusive agent for service of process, summons, and complaint. The Contractor will instruct each Agent for Service of Process that after such agent receives the process, summons, or complaint, such agent shall promptly send it to the Contractor. This subsection (ii) does not apply while the Contractor maintains a registered agent in North Carolina with the office of the N. C. Secretary of State and such registered agent can be found with due diligence at the registered office.

  • Hosting Services means the provision, administration, and maintenance of servers and related equipment, the provision of bandwidth at the hosting facility, and the operation of the Application for access by Customer Users to be provided by the relevant hosting service provider.

  • Freight forwarding services means the activity consisting of organising and monitoring shipment operations on behalf of shippers, through the acquisition of transport and related services, preparation of documentation and provision of business information.

  • Extraordinary Services and "Extraordinary Expenses" means all services rendered and all expenses (including fees and expenses of Counsel) incurred under the Indenture and the Tax Agreement other than Ordinary Services and Ordinary Expenses.
