It is agreed that it is the responsibility of the Provider to have satisfied itself prior to providing Fee Parameters to have raised in writing with the Company any queries or matters requiring clarification before any Flexibility Services are provided.
Account beneficiaries can be established through the use of the Fee Parameters screen .
Program Parameter means, in respect of a program, the provincial standards (such as operational, financial or service standards and policies, operating manuals and program eligibility), directives, guidelines and expectations and requirements for that program;

Continuous parameter monitoring system or "CPMS" means all of the equipment necessary to meet the data acquisition and availability requirements of this chapter, to monitor process and control device operational parameters (for example, control device secondary voltages and electric currents) and other information (for example, gas flow rate, oxygen or carbon dioxide concentrations), and to record average operational parameter value on a continuous basis.
