Fee Reduction definition

Fee Reduction means an amount equal to the difference between (a) the aggregate amount of professional fees and expenses being sought in the Sixth Monthly and Final Fee Application of O’Melveny and Myers LLP for Allowance of Compensation for Services Rendered and for Reimbursement of Expenses as Counsel to the Debtors for the Period from December 6, 2016 through June 30, 2017 [D.I. 548] and (b) the aggregate Allowed amount of such fees and expenses.
