Fee Table definition

Fee Table means the “Fee Table” in the Acceptance Pages. Flexi-Fi means FlexiFi Europe Limited (registration number 600124) being the credit provider under the Agreement and otherwise referred to in the Agreement as ‘we’ or ‘us’. Important Information Section means the section of the Acceptance Pages which is headed “Important Information”. For clarity, the Important Information Section comprises:
Fee Table refers to the fee tables which are part of the GLOBALG.A.P. System Rules and which are attached to this Agreement as part of Annex 1 in the version that is valid at the time of conclusion of this Agreement, as they may be updated from time to time.
Fee Table shall have the meaning as defined in Clause 3.2 below.

  • The Trustee's annual compensation rate described in Section 7.04 shall be that amount set forth under "Trustee's fee and operating expenses" in the "Fee Table" in the Prospectus.

  • Unit Price Table means the table of prices per unit set out in the Contract;

  • LTM Fee Revenue has the meaning set forth in Section 7.2.2(c).

  • Facility Fee Percentage means, as of any date, the percentage set forth in the column headed “Facility Fee Percentage” in Section 2.3 that is in effect on such date.

  • 2001 CSO Mortality Table means that mortality table, consisting of separate rates of mortality for male and female lives, developed by the American Academy of Actuaries CSO Task Force from the valuation basic mortality table developed by the Society of Actuaries Individual Life Insurance Valuation Mortal- ity Task Force, and adopted by the NAIC in December 2002. The 2001 CSO mortality table is included in the Proceedings of the NAIC (2nd Quarter 2002) and is supplemented by the 2001 CSO preferred class structure mortality table and may be obtained from the office. Unless the context indicates otherwise, the “2001 CSO mortality table” includes both the ultimate form of that table and the select and ultimate form of that table and includes both the smoker and nonsmoker mortality tables and the composite mor- tality tables. It also includes both the age−nearest−birthday and age−last−birthday bases of the mortality tables.

  • Table 2 means Table 2 of the Reporting ITS.

  • Composite mortality tables means mortality tables with rates of mortality that do not distinguish between smokers and nonsmokers.

  • Basic Monthly Earnings means your monthly rate of earnings from the Sponsor in effect immediately prior to the date Disability or Partial Disability begins. However, such earnings will not include bonuses, commissions, overtime pay and extra compensation.

  • Applicable Fee Percentage means, as of any date of determination thereof, the applicable percentage used to calculate certain of the fees due and payable hereunder, determined by reference to the appropriate columns in the Pricing Matrix attached to this Agreement as Schedule 1.1.
