Feedstock Costs definition

Feedstock Costs means the actual, direct costs to ▇▇▇▇▇ for the acquisition of Feedstock in a given calendar month, prorated on a per-gallon basis to all Products produced during said calendar month.
Feedstock Costs means the result of 8.5 to account for yield of feedstock multiplied by the actual, weighted composite average of feedstock costs for the given calendar month.
Feedstock Costs means, as to a given period, the total costs to the Partnership to acquire Isobutane and methanol consumed, lost in normal operations or otherwise used in the operations of the Facility for such period, including transportation and storage thereof. Feedstock Costs shall include such costs as are properly allocable under the LIFO inventory method for such feedstock from inventory that is consumed, lost in normal operations or otherwise used in operations for such period, but will not include the cost of feedstock purchased for inventory or lost in other than normal operations.

  • If Owner and Beacon determine there has been Excess Feedstock Loss during a Production Period, then Beacon shall make an estimated payment (the “Estimated Excess Feedstock Loss Payment”) to Owner equal the product obtained by multiplying (i) the Excess Feedstock Loss during such Production Period, by (ii) the quotient obtained by dividing Owner’s Feedstock Costs for the portion of Owner’s Feedstock used during such Production Period by the weight (in pounds) of such portion of Owner’s Feedstock.
